Cookie's, Chocolate's, and Mint. What a great combination. With thick whipped cream frosting.

kristine: Murrieta, CA, United States; I always loved to bake and decorate cakes. In 2008 I was inspired by all the cake shows on Food Network. Especially Ace of Cakes, and Cake challenge. I wanted to know how they made those amazing cakes. So I checked out cake decorating books from the library. Went to Michael's and Joann's to get all the tools and supplies I would need. I taught myself to work with fondant, gum paste, chocolate melts, etc. I recieved so many compliments from family and friends. They encouraged me to take it to the next level. So I built this blog to share some of my work. So I hope you enjoy them as much as i enjoyed baking and decorating them.
